Jeremiah Ho is an assistant professor of law with recent scholarship published in or forthcoming from such journals as the Harvard Journal on Legislation, The Georgetown Law Journal Online, the Utah Law Review, the Journal of Legal Education, the Kentucky Law Journal, the Marquette Law Review, the Cleveland State Law Review, and others. His various short pieces on sexual orientation antidiscrimination have been featured by SCOTUSBlog and Jurist.org; and his commentary on legal education has appeared on NPR, at the Institute for Law Teaching and Learning, and on LegalED. Furthermore, he contributes regularly on race and sexuality issues for the Human Rights at Home Blog.
