Mr. Amram is a member of Pillsbury’s Corporate & Securities Practice in the New York office. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Honors Intern at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, Division of Corporate Finance, and as an extern for the Illinois Appellate Court and for the U.S. Internal Revenue Service in the Office of Associate Chief Counsel. He also has extensive prior work experience in the finance industry, the advanced degree of a Masters of Business Administration in Financial Management, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
