Oklahoma City University, School of Law

Professor Beveridge is a member of the faculty at Oklahoma City University School of Law, teaching corporation law, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. He holds the A.B. and LL.B. degrees from Harvard University and the LL.M. (Corporation Law) degree from New York University. He practiced corporate and securities law in New York City for 25 years, first as a member of a Wall Street law firm and then as chief legal officer of a New York Stock Exchange listed company. He is a Life Fellow of the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation.
