Michael A. Valenza is an assistant professor of legal studies at Temple University's Fox School of Business and Management. He has practiced in both state and federal courts and regularly provides pro-bono estate counseling for disabled children and adults. Professor Valenza holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from Temple University. His most recent publication discussed hospital liability for errors in employment drug-testing.
