Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP

Before joining Orrick, Mr. Houpt was an associate in the Washington, D.C. and Silicon Valley offices of Baker & Hostetler LLP (1992-1997). He served in the United States Navy from 1970 to 1974. He earned a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1992. He earned a B.A., with distinction, in Information and Communication Studies, with a minor in Business Administration from California State University, Chico, in 1976.
