Bradford P. Anderson is a Law Lecturer for Graduate Programs in the Orfalea College of Business at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) in San Luis Obispo, CA. He is also the Manager of Contracts for Major Capital Projects at Cal Poly. Prior to joining Cal Poly, he was Labor Relations Counsel at Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo, CA, General Counsel of Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. in San Jose, CA, and Senior Attorney at Mitsubishi Electronics America, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA. He began the practice of law as an Associate at Bingham, Dana & Gould (now Bingham McCutchen) in Boston. Bradford has extensive experience in intellectual property and trade secret law, corporate law and governance, construction law, and labor law. He brings his widespread experience into the classroom at Cal Poly, where he emphasizes the University philosophy to "Learn By Doing." Bradford Anderson received his B.A. degree with highest distinction from Purdue University where he was also inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, and earned his J.D. degree magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he was also a Senior Editor of the Buffalo Law Review. His original bar admission was in Massachusetts in 1987, and he has been an active member of the California Bar since 1994.
